The C Hospital establishes itself as a strategic intervention in a rapidly transforming urban artery. The central challenge was defining a new neighborhood in an area transcending its peripheral status.  Its simple, sober volume respects the existing cornice, integrating fluidly into the evolving urban fabric. The smart double-skin facades modulate natural light, reflecting a high-tech interior perfectly adapted to its medical function. This functional approach contributes to creating an atmosphere of transition, marking the evolution from a peripheral context to a consolidated neighborhood. The project advocates for a calculated presence, essential for urban cohesion.
