In the continuously modernizing urban landscape of Cluj, this architectural intervention stands out as a response to the need for increased density and the creation of a distinct architectural landmark.  The challenge consisted in raising the cornice of the street front, within an amorphous urban fabric. The concept, centered on an introverted inner courtyard, generates a fluid volume with curved lines, orchestrating subtle visual connections. This approach allows the building to become a pole of interest, a landmark architecture. The facades, defined by extensive glass curtain walls, maximize the penetration of natural light.
The interior thus becomes dynamic and bright, the glass mediating a constant relationship with the exterior, yet maintaining an introverted character around the courtyard. Diffuse light penetrates deep, creating a modern, contemporary, high-tech atmosphere. The project redefines a segment of the street, transforming it into a new focal point, essential for the urban evolution of the area.
