This project addresses the challenge of creating a distinct spatial identity for a Swiss “frozen food” chain in a pop-up context.  The architectural intervention materializes as a reconfigured ski gondola, strategically placed in unexpected locations, such as Dubai beach. This juxtaposition generates a striking and memorable contrast, instantly conveying the idea of alpine freshness in an arid environment. The functional structure of the gondola, made of intense red metal, is designed for maximum efficiency and flexibility. The interior, although compact, ensures optimal operational flow, essential for fast service. Natural light reflects off the metallic surfaces, accentuating the chromatic dynamism and attracting attention.  The object becomes a visual landmark, a provocative presence that emphasizes the superior quality and surprising character of the Swiss brand. It is a design statement, a capsule of the mountain experience, landed on the sand.
