STK Urban Plan

This urban planning project proposes a strategic urban intervention in Cluj Napoca, addressing the need to support the street front of Bună Ziua Street.  A key challenge is the creation of an essential connecting street towards Vasile Conta Street, streamlining urban connectivity.  The central concept revolves around a generous park, a green core that anchors the development. Public amenities and commercial spaces are integrated at ground level, oriented towards the park, generating a vibrant community atmosphere. The upper levels are dedicated to quality residential functions, benefiting from ample views of the urban landscape and the park. The facades utilize fiber cement cladding and wood-look HPL, lending a refined texture to the volume.  These materials subtly interact with light, varying the chromatic perception throughout the day and integrating the ensemble into the existing context. The interior, modern and high-tech, houses commercial and office functions.  The entire building is developed around the central park, consolidating urban identity and coherently furnishing Bună Ziua Street with essential functions.
