T Residential Building

T Collective Housing responds to the challenge of accelerated urbanization, generated by the new Florești metro station.  The project is positioned as a multifunctional hub, a key point of interest in a developing urban fabric. The central concept aims for accentuated spatial permeability. This translates into a fluid integration of mixed functions at ground level, facilitating a direct connection with the forest to the south. A sledding track, a playful and innovative intervention, even passes under the building, accentuating connectivity with the natural landscape. The exterior aesthetic is defined by fiber cement and ceramic claddings. These materials, through their subtle texture and the way they modulate natural light reflection, give the facades an urban, orderly presence.  Inside, the spaces are designed to be modern and bright, maximizing the penetration of zenithal and lateral light. The volumetry, emphasized vertically, structures an amorphous urban fabric, providing a visual landmark.  This architectural intervention proposes a model of integrated development, a catalyst for the urban dynamics of the area.
