The project addresses a specific urban challenge: defining a landmark in a context of modernization and densification. Located in Oradea, the architectural intervention adopts a concept of sculpturality, transforming the commercial volume into a distinct object, yet coherent with the existing urban fabric. The facades, articulated by corrugated steel and HPL panels, generate a visual dynamic. Light refracts differently on the undulating surfaces, lending depth and chromatic variety to the perception of the volume throughout the day. This formal approach contributes to a modern, contemporary atmosphere.
Inside, the space reveals itself as organized and inviting, a functional extension of the exterior intention. Urban integration is achieved through dialogue with the existing scale, avoiding dissonance. The building becomes an active element in the urban landscape, an architectural presence that balances pragmatism with a calculated aesthetic expression, marking a new stage in the development of the area.
