Agronomist’s House

The M single-family home addresses the challenge of volumetric integration into an orchard, on a south-facing hill. The project expresses a modern vision for farming. The concept materializes through two articulated volumes: one defines the intimate, family area; the other, dedicated to daily activities, establishes a direct connection with the realities of the apple and cherry farm. Exposed concrete and wood create a minimalist aesthetic, where nature generously enters through ample glazing. Natural light modulates the perception of space, emphasizing the texture of the materials. This dual function, residence and office for the agricultural engineer, is coherently integrated. The home becomes a strategic observation point, a discreet presence in the orchard landscape.
