GG Mixed-Use Building

The mixed-use building project is part of the city’s current urban dynamic, characterized by modernization and a necessary increase in density. The project addresses the challenge of raising the street front cornice, integrating fluidly into the existing urban fabric. The adopted concept, that of a continuous front building, generates a strong urban presence, articulated by two active facades. The facade’s enclosed composition, defined by the alternation of glass with HPL panels and aluminum joinery, modulates the perception of the volume.
Glass allows abundant natural light to penetrate, creating a subtle dialogue between the interior and the urban landscape, while opaque surfaces visually anchor the structure.Inside, the two-level apartments, equipped with interior stairs, offer a distinct, vertical living experience in a modern, urban atmosphere. This solution contributes to transforming the front into an essentially urban one, consolidating the identity of the place through contemporary architecture.
