RC Residential Building

On a hill in Cluj, in the context of modernization and increasing urban density, the RC Collective Housing Building project addresses the challenge of a deep plot. The architectural concept adaptively responds to the slope of the land, generating a volume that respects the existing topography and optimizes the site’s potential.  The facades, defined by decorative plaster and metallic accents, give the complex a modern and contemporary atmosphere. The relationship between material and light is essential here: ample glazing allows generous penetration of natural light, transforming the interiors into bright, warm, and welcoming spaces. This urban intervention proposes a natural continuation of the existing fabric, contributing to the coherence and balanced densification of the area, offering a housing model adapted to current demands.
