MP Residential Building

The MP residential building, strategically located on a corner plot, assumes the role of an urban landmark, redefining its presence on Pasteur Street. This architectural intervention integrates fluidly into the context of urban modernization and densification, proposing a contemporary, yet respectful, continuation of it. The central concept articulates collective living through an intrinsic connection with nature, bringing elements of greenery into the proximity of living spaces. The facade, a refined composition of plaster, extensive glazed surfaces, and wood-imitating HPL cladding, orchestrates a dialogue with natural light. Glass, through its transparency, allows for a generous penetration of light, essential for creating bright and airy interiors. The HPL elements impart visual and tactile warmth, contributing to a warm and inviting interior atmosphere. The result is a modern and contemporary ensemble, a solid logical argument for quality living in the Cluj urban landscape.
