Private SPA Pallady

The project addresses the challenge of a steep terrain, subtly integrating a wellness area into an existing hill. This intervention complements an urban villa, establishing a discreet, yet essential, architectural dialogue, and creating a space of profound intimacy. The construction, situated on a steep slope, merges with the site’s topography, capitalizing on an expansive panorama of the surrounding landscape. The green roof intelligently conceals the volume, transforming it into a natural extension of the terrain and minimizing visual impact. Inside, the minimalist design is defined by refined finishes: travertine lends a tactile texture, and the ceramic deck ensures durability and modern aesthetics. Natural light strategically penetrates through ample openings, shaping the perception of space and transforming it into a privileged observation point. This visual permeability does not, however, compromise the intimate character, but rather amplifies it through the connection with the exterior. The architectural solution demonstrates a logical integration into the urban context, offering a discreet oasis of relaxation, yet strongly visually connected with the environment.
