Gaudi urban plan

The Gaudi Urban Planning project addresses an area undergoing significant urban transformation, located in Cluj Napoca. The intervention aims to create a high-end residential complex, integrated by a new connecting road. The central concept is a cluster of urban villas, each unit conceived as a distinct entity, yet coherent as a whole. Scandinavian aesthetics, with Nordic accents, define the general atmosphere, promoting sophisticated simplicity. The facades combine HPL cladding with exposed brick, a juxtaposition that provides texture and durability, in dialogue with natural light.
Inside, generous glazing maximizes light penetration, complemented by warm materials and bright colors, creating airy and welcoming spaces. A strategic element of the project is the creation of an essential connecting street. This completes the existing network, connecting two major arteries and streamlining local traffic. The project contributes to the stabilization and definition of the area’s urban morphology, offering not just housing, but also vital infrastructure.
