M_Voroneț Urban Plan

The M urban planning project proposes a calculated intervention within an urbanization cluster that has developed organically over the last fifteen years. The main challenge, the steep slope of the terrain, generated a concept of rigorous adaptation. Each architectural volume is strategically positioned, ensuring an unobstructed panorama of the city for all buildings, while simultaneously capitalizing on the southern orientation. The architecture adopts a modernist aesthetic, characterized by contemporary materials and finishes. The balanced solid-void ratio of the facades subtly modulates natural light, adding dynamism.
The interiors, defined by a neutral and warm palette, complement the contemporary atmosphere. The spaces are designed for clarity and functionality. Urban integration is achieved by respecting elevation levels and by highlighting the intrinsic qualities of the site, consolidating the area’s identity through an analytical and evocative approach.
