Longbridge Urban Plan
The Longbridge urban planning project strategically addresses an urban void in the Zorilor Sud neighborhood, an area undergoing rapid urbanization. The intervention proposes a cluster of buildings, methodically organized around a neighborhood garden, a vital green core. The facades, finished with contemporary fiber cement cladding, capture natural light, generating a subtle visual dynamic that defines the identity of the complex.
The interiors, designed with a neutral and warm palette, support the desired residential atmosphere. Urban integration is fundamental. The project fluidly connects Noica and Doinaș streets, while simultaneously establishing an extended linear park along Noica Street. This urban intervention consolidates the existing fabric, transforming a fragmented space into a functional and aesthetic residential community.
