BZ Urban Plan
The BZ urban planning project concludes an urban development process initiated in 2007, consolidating the street front of Bună Ziua Street. The intervention proposes a structure with essential mixed functions: medical, commercial, and office spaces, alongside a kindergarten, transforming the artery into a vital connecting street. The curtain walls and ribbed facades, in their pure white, define a modern, high-tech aesthetic. The transparency of the glass allows natural light to flood the interiors, creating a bright, dynamic atmosphere, conducive to commercial, office, and medical activities. This new architectural identity deliberately contrasts with the adjacent residential fabric, marking a transition towards a denser and more active urban area. The project strategically equips Bună Ziua Street with public and private amenities, redefining the perception of urban space and its functionality.
