TR Urban Plan

Located in a rapidly developing urbanization cluster in Cluj-Napoca, the TR urban planning project addresses a major topographical challenge: the steep slope of the terrain. The fundamental concept aims at an intelligent adaptation to the declivity, simultaneously ensuring an unobstructed panoramic view of the city for each residential unit. The contemporary architecture is distinguished by a balanced solid-void ratio. This volumetric articulation, through the alternation of ample glazed surfaces with opaque ones, subtly modulates natural light, imparting a modernist, yet warm, atmosphere to the spaces.
The interiors, designed in a neutral and warm palette, complement this vision, transforming each space into a serene environment. The urbanistic intervention transcends the difficulty of the terrain, transforming the steep slope into an asset. By leveraging this natural context, the project achieves coherent urban integration, highlighting the site’s landscape potential.
